I reached out to Manju when I can see that I am losing control of myself and falling into a well of depression, fear, and anxiety. Due to stress from workplace, Father’s Alzheimer’s and other family setbacks, I was suffering from severe stress, insomnia, chest pain, demotivation with constant worry.
It came as a blessing that I reached out to Manju , she is an awesome listener, she asked the right questions that put me in the perfect direction to achieve more clarity on the issues and arrive at possible solutions. I was bewildered by the way she could empathize with the troubling situations I was in and the impact it is having on me. She very patiently worked with me to untangle every worry off my back. I can say from bottom of my heart that I could feel happiness and contentment which is long forgotten.
I will always be thankful for these 5 months with Manju where we together worked to transform me to a more confident, cheerful, and calmer person.
